Our commitment

We want every student to be able to apply and prepare independently, on any device. The portal is designed mobile-first with large tap targets, clear labels and plain language.

What we have built in

Every form field has a visible label, errors are announced and listed in one place, colour is never the only way we show status, and the whole portal can be used with a keyboard or screen reader.

Telling us about a problem

If something is hard to use, please tell us through the Help and Support page. We will respond and, where we cannot fix it quickly, offer another way to complete the task.
