What we collect
We collect the details you enter in your application, the documents you upload, your interview preparation notes and records of the support we provide to you.
Why we use it
We use your information to advise you, prepare your application, submit it to the education provider you choose and support you through registration and enrolment.
Who can see it
Your documents are stored privately. Only you and the advisers working on your application can open them, and each view uses a short-lived private link. We share your information with an education provider only where it is needed for your application.
How long we keep it
We keep your record for as long as we are supporting you and for the period required by our funding and audit obligations, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw marketing consent at any time. Use the Help and Support page in your portal to make a request.
